PATIENT’S AGE: 40

PROCEDURE(s): Liposuction with lower body lift and thigh lift (thighplasty)

REASON FOR CHOOSING PROCEDURE: Patient underwent massive weight loss surgery and was unhappy with resulting loose skin and "deflated" appearance of her thighs.

RESULTS/BENEFITS: The removal of excess skin via lower body lift and thigh lift combined with liposuction reduced the overall size of the legs, but also improved the shape and uneven appearance of the skin.
