MY STORY: TERRI
There’s no doubt it was the most difficult period of my life. I was going through a divorce and menopause at the same time. Physically and emotionally, I was at a real low point.

It all started to change when I found Dr. Smith at Charlotte Plastic Surgery. I had talked to other plastic surgeons, and every one of them said yes to everything. Dr. Smith said no. That takes honesty and integrity. I was curious about several procedures, and Dr. Smith helped me understand which would be best for me. We talked and talked. No question was too dumb, no concern too minor. What was especially wonderful about the experience is that it wasn’t rushed. Everything proceeded a little bit at a time, at a natural pace.
I can’t say enough good things about Charlotte Plastic Surgery. Everyone is supportive and personally involved in my experience, from the front desk to the operating room. Now I feel better about myself, I’m a better Terri, and that means the world to me. If I moved away from the area, I would come back to Charlotte Plastic Surgery. It’s my body, it’s that important. That’s why I trust Dr. Smith. I put myself in his hands and he helped me regain my dignity and self-respect. He helped give me my life back.
